No cookies, no tracking
This website does not use cookies. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or any third-party trackers. Nothing on this site follows you around the web.
What stays on your device
When you add dishes to an order, your basket is saved in your browser's local storage so it survives a page refresh. This stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and you can clear it any time by emptying your order or clearing this site's data in your browser.
Information you choose to send
To place an order or enquire about a meal plan you enter details such as your name, phone number and, for delivery, your address. When you tap "Order on WhatsApp" or "Enquire on WhatsApp", these details are written into a WhatsApp message that opens on your own device. Nothing is submitted to any server on this website. Your details reach us only after you press send inside WhatsApp, and we use them solely to prepare, confirm and deliver your order or to reply to your enquiry.
WhatsApp and other services
Messages you send us are delivered through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own privacy terms. The map on our Visit page is provided by OpenStreetMap. Calls and directions open in the app you choose. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of these external services.
How long we keep it
We keep order and enquiry conversations only for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our normal business and legal obligations. We do not build marketing profiles from them.
Your rights
In line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us. Contact us on the number or WhatsApp above and we will help.
Children
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
